Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your order via the different provider options. The shipping timeline begins once your order processing is complete and the package has left our warehouse. Shipping fees are calculated based on your choice of delivery. While there are different methods to choose from, all carriers continue to experience high volumes and delays, so we are unable to guarantee arrival dates at this time.

Please note that we are a small team and appreciate your patience!

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders; however, STS cannot guarantee shipping times once the package has left our warehouse. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Returns
Returns are eligible up to 14 days after purchase. Merchandise must be received in its original condition (not washed, worn, altered, or damaged) with original tags on the product as received and in original packaging for a full refund. If the product is received damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt so we can make this right.

 Merchandise marked Final Sale will not be eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@swipethesweat.com with your order number and details on your return (refund, exchange, etc.). You will be provided with a pre-paid USPS label to send back goods. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refunded amount. Please make sure to reference the tracking information on the label to monitor the return shipment. STS is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages upon arrival.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will contact you only if your return is not approved. If approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@swipethesweat.com.

Exchanges
The most efficient way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Waitlist/Out-of-Stock Items
We carry limited quantities of all our products, so items may sell out quickly. To be notified when an out-of-stock item becomes available, select your desired size and enter your email address under "Notify Me When Available." This helps us monitor demand and ensures you are the first to know when the item is back in stock! We may also offer "Pre Sale" options for purchase on new items, be sure to register your email with us so you are the first to know of new item drops before they sell out. 

Event/Event Orders
We would love to coordinate a group order or event order for you. Please reach out to us with details of what you’re looking to order and your ideal delivery date. We will get back to you with fulfillment options and any applicable discounts.
